From 15 to 17 July 2025, the Second Television Festival of SCO countries took place in Xi’an, China, bringing together delegates from 19 nations — media companies, broadcasters, and government representatives. Russia TV and Radio was represented at the festival by its distribution branch, Sovtelexport.

Sovtelexport remains firmly rooted in the Latin American media scene.

Sovtelexport signed a licensing agreement with Dot Republic Media for a content package totaling 269.5 hours.
