Technological Advances in Sport at BANFF 2014
The 35th Banff World Media Festival, the world-famous Canadian festival of film and TV content, will be held from 8 to 11 June. "Technological Advances in Sport", a documentary produced by Russia Television and Radio, has been nominated in the Science and Technology category of the festival’s Rockie Awards.

RUSSIAN CINEMA MEETS WITH SUCCESS AT EFM 2014 IN BERLIN
From 6 to 14 February, the 64th Berlin International Film Festival hosted a successful European Film Market, one of the world’s largest film forums. Russian cinema at the EFM was presented via the national RUSSIAN CINEMA stand, which brought together Russia Television and Radio’s international distributor SOVTELEXPORT with other major studios.
Julia Matiash: Russian television content lives up to international standards
The yearly Berlinale EFM 2014 film market took place in Berlin from 6 to 14 February. Approximately 1,200 films from 72 countries were screened at the event. This year, SOVTELEXPORT, which handles international distribution for Russia Television and Radio productions, was among the exhibitors at the Russian Cinema pavilion. Director of SOVTELEXPORT (Russia Television and Radio) Julia Matiash talked about her company’s prospects at the EFM, various projects, and international demand for Russian content.
