Sovtelexport has signed a rights transfer agreement with the major Italian broadcasting company RAI Radiotelevisione Italiana S.p.A for a documentary from Russia Television and Radio.

The company acquired “Pearl of the sands”, a spectacular travel documentary dedicated to the history and architecture of Uzbekistan.

The biggest Italian public broadcaster is a long-term partner of Sovtelexport. RAI has previously licensed the rights for the different genre documentaries of Russia Television and Radio’s catalogue: “Otto Skorzeny: the great subversive”, “Moscow metro”, “Held captive by rubbish”, “Canton tower”.
