KENNEDY’S MURDER: NEW FACTS

On November 22, 1963, John Fitzgerald Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas. It was 12:30 P.M., CST. In Moscow, Khrushchev was awakened. His first question was, “Do we take any part in it?” After hearing the answer, the Soviet leader hastily left for the Kremlin. JFK’s murder so threatened political stability that it could have easily lead to WWIII. Within twelve hours of the shots fired in Dallas, U.S., French, USSR, German and British military defenses were on high alert.
