Yet in Angola, Soviet soldiers are being killed in bloody battles - the Republic of South Africa and the U.S. are carrying out large-scale military operations in the region, and four major Soviet naval transports are destroyed over there just in a night This is the most hushed up and secret war of the 20th century. Officially, not one single Soviet soldier ever was in Angola. But actually, by 1991, more than fifteen thousand Soviet soldiers and officers had been involved in that war.
