Sovtelexport has signed an agreement with a Japanese distributor, International Visual Corporation Ltd, on the sale of rights to the adaptation of the novel by a Nobel Prize Laureate, Mikhail Sholokhov

"And Quiet Flows the Don" will be released in Japan on DVD.

The mission of International Visual Corporation (IVC) is to acquaint the Japanese audience with the world cultural heritage of Cinema. In 2017, IVC already acquired the rights on "Demons" TV series – an adaptation of the famous novel by Fyodor Dostoevsky.
