Best Actor of the Honfleur Festival of Russian Cinema

Each November the picturesque town of Honfleur becomes the capital of Russian cinematography.
The primary task of the Festival is to demonstrate diverse novelties of the Russian cinema market both to French amateurs and professionals developing cultural bonds between Russia and France. In November 2010, 53 years old Yuri Stoyanov playing romantic hero in the movie "A Man by the Window" by Dmitriy Meskhiev is acknowledged as Best Actor of the 18th Honfleur Festival of Russian Cinema (France). The film was made with the support of the Russia TV Channel. The professional jury of the Festival noted the remarkable performance of Stoyanov who actually plaid several roles.
