Russian cartoons are gaining popularity worldwide. RTS Serbian Broadcasting Corporation, Serbia’s largest public TV and radio company, has licensed broadcasting and digital rights to "The Mountain of Gems", an animation series produced by the Pilot studio.

15 episodes of the cartoon based on the Russian folk fairy tales will be aired in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Balkan Peninsula viewers will also be able to watch it on the RTS official website.

RTS is an old partner of Sovtelexport. Earlier, it acquired rights to a bundle of projects from Russia Television and Radio catalogue, including feature films "Man at the Window" and "Fathers and Sons", TV series "The First Circle" and "The White Guard", and documentaries "Moscow Metro", "The Great Operas", "The Kremlin", "Seven Secrets of the Tretyakov Art Gallery" and "Liberation".
