In 1962, a Moscow publishing house released a book by a young physicist - Pyotr Ufimtsev - describing a theory that enabled aircraft designers to develop an invisible airplane. By discounting the value of Ufimtsevs theory, the Soviet military delivered the book right into the hands of NATO translators and ultimately, the Americans becoming their stealth technology.
