RUSSIAN CONTENT IN STEADY DEMAND IN EUROPE

20 Feb 2015

As it was noted during the International European Film Market-2015 held in Berlin, screen adaptations of Russian classical literature stay abidingly in focus with foreign buyers.

SOVTELEXPORT company, the distributor of Russia Television and Radios content, has signed a deal to pass the rights for the subsequent broadcasting of the new mini-series "Demons" to the national public broadcasting organization RTV Slovenija (Slovenia) and to Russika, the Society of Russian Language and Culture Fans (Serbia).

Also, projects dated before 2014 are not losing their topicality. The screen adaptations of Turgenevs "Fathers and Sons" and Dostoyevskys "Idiot," same as the series "Fyodor Dostoevsky" and "Einstein. The Theory of Love", are soon coming to the screens of Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
